Terms of Service
These terms apply to this website and to plumbing work arranged through our phone line.
Using this website
The information on this site is general plumbing guidance. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your home, and it does not create a contract until you agree to a price and a visit with our dispatcher.
Pricing and scheduling
You receive a clear price before work starts. If the scope changes after the plumber opens a wall or camera-inspects a line, the plumber will explain the change and you decide whether to proceed.
Same-day appointments are offered when available. We do not quote a fixed arrival time, because traffic, weather and the number of active emergencies change through the day.
Licensing, permits and safety
Work is performed by licensed and insured plumbers. Where the City of Maryland Heights or another local authority requires a permit, it is part of the job. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 before calling us.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Limits and governing law
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that we did not cause or for damage from events outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@proplumbingmarylandheights.com.
